General Information
Please send us an email with your request and we will be happy to advise you of rates and other details.
Our prices will always be quoted in Euro, per person and per day, unless otherwise stated.
Children’s discount is normally granted when a child shares a double room with two adults.
Booking Conditions
1. A deposit of 20% per reservation of the total cost should be sent to us at the time of the acceptance of the booking. The balance is payable before arrival.
2. A cancellation must be made in writing, and is effective only when received and acknowledged by Almos Travel by written return. Cancellation fees might occur. This will be advised at the time of confirmation of the reservation. No-shows are charged up to 100% of the whole stay, unless otherwise mentioned. Special cancellation fees apply for self-catering apartments/villas.
3. An amendment fee of Euro 6,00 will apply for every change more than one.
4. For all self-catering apartments/villas, an arrival transfer is recommended. If the client does not wish this, Almos Travel can not be hold responsible for clients not finding the way to the accommodation.
5. For booking & issuing ferry tickets, a handling fee of € 2,00 per person will apply. Tickets are non-refundable after the issue.
6. If the hotel/accommodation is unable to provide the accommodation due to overbooking on their part, or for any other reason beyond our control, the company will substitute with an alternative accommodation of similar standard, at no extra cost.
7. Any complaints must be reported written immediately, locally to our representatives or to us directly. Unless there is a valid reason why the client(s) have failed to report his/hers complain to our representative or to us, we will consider ourselves not to be liable in respects of complaints, which were not registered in the resort. The resorts mentioned in our site are only a selection in terms of what we can offer you in Greece. If you have any specific requirements or needs, please email us, and we will be happy to advise as to itineraries and possibilities, also to quote special group prices.
Almos Travel can also offer you a wide range of self-catering accommodations, chosen by our contractors for value of money, functional layout, position in the resort and attractive architecture.
